QC Data Tool

The QC Data Tool will perform:

• The “QC” Button performs Quality Control of your data and creates a QC Sheet.

• The “Set Limits” button creates a finished sheet and sets the detection limits of the analysis.

• The “Certified By” button completes your report by adding your signature and updating the login book that the analysis is complete. Signature setup: To be able to certify a report the GeoLIMS user must have a signature image file created and placed in the “Lims/programs/format/sig/” directory. The file should be named the Application username/Office username “.gif” and should be no bigger than 60x30 pixels.

• “Save and Close” Saves the workbook then closes the workbook

• “Print Sheets” Prints the QC and Fin sheets in the workbook.

• The “Format” button will reformat the worksheet to have dotted lines every 5 sample making the data easier to read.
